The biggest upset this summer was that Cassie moved away and took her kids with her!!! I love those kids so much and it broke my heart to see them go!! A few days before she left I stole them from her and spent a little time with them. We had to get an ice cream cone first, and I spent probably $5 in the stupid machines that give out the toys/tattoos that last about a day!! Then we went to the dollar store and they picked out a few toys. Rylee changed her mind about 200 times and Tanner couldn't make a decision at all!!! I got to be the aunt that buys play doo and a blow gun for someone else's kids!!! Cassie didn't think that was very fair since she never did that to me!!!
I know this Ice Cream cone is as big as her head but I am the favorite aunt so I have to make them happy!!! She ate most of it too!!!
I have never seen a kid that needs to pose for every picture!! He ate most of his ice cream cone too!! Cassie has been gone for about 3 weeks, the morning she left I cried for an hour straight, and then again all day long if I thought about it!! I saw them for the first time since they moved yesterday and I about broke down when in a very excited voice Rylee said "Look, it's Kendra!!!" Then ran and jumped up on me!! I love that girl!!
In case you can't see Russ in his camo, I am here to tell you he is really there!! He has been gone bow hunting elk for two weekends in a row so far this fall. He hasn't got one yet but they have seen a few. This is what he does when he isn't riding his 4 wheeler!
Russ has been complaining about my Harry Potter obsession alot lately, so it surprised me to get this picture on my phone today! They have a Harry Potter club at the school he works at- he is clearly taunting me!!
Earlier in the year I posted that Haley took her hunters safety class, put in for and drew out for a few hunts. I also mentioned how excited Russ is about his new hunting buddy but I don't think I skimmed the surface about just how excited he is!! He ordered this gun for her and when it came in both he and Haley were like two 5 year olds on Christmas morning!! Russ paid for the gun but since then Haley has been talking about buying all sorts of hunting stuff when she gets her paychecks. He is creating a monster!!
Haley FINALLY got her drivers license and I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to have her run my errands for me!! This is her first trip as a licensed driver in her car Barbara the Sexy Beast!!!
So pretty much we are boring BUT I keep telling you all about it cause it makes me feel important!! So keep reading!!
