Well here I am again what 4 months since my last post?! Well at least I am consistent- consistent at being inconsistent! I have lots to report this time, Macey won first place for her category in the Southern Region History fair so we will be heading to northern Utah in a few weeks to compete at the State Fair. She worked really hard and made an excellent website on the "Debate and Diplomacy of the Death Penalty"! I am so so proud of her! We are quite opinionated in our house so it was a little difficult to get both the advocates and opponents views on this, but she did very very well, especially with her uncle Jake in her ear. Then shortly after the History Fair she competed in the Southern Utah Regional Science fair and took third place there!! I am amazed at her sometimes she is an amazing 13 year old!! And now Haleys life- she is learning to drive and will get her license in June and I cannot wait! She is a very good driver and I hate to drive so she will get plenty of chances to test her skills. She did get pulled over for the first time the other day on the way to Delta. We were heading down the freeway and there was a highway patrolman just finishing a stop and she still had her lights on, I wasn't paying attention and didn't tell her to change lanes so pretty soon we see lights in the rearview and Haley says "Uh-oh, go around me, please go around me" but the patrol lady was very very nice when she saw her learners permit and just explained to her that you have to change lanes when you see a patrol car on the freeway. That was a fun adventure for her! Otherwise she is as boring as me! She keeps up her grades and does very well in school, she is hilarious though! She makes me laugh everyday, she can quote every movie she has ever seen but some of her favorites are "Hot Rod", "Nacho Libre" and the TV show "Adventure Time". Another new thing for Haley is that she has decided to take hunters safety and get a license to hunt with her dad! They are having a lot of fun going to the classes together and target shooting whenever they get the chance!! I am so blessed to have wonderful kids!! Russ is excited that I finally let him hang his mounts back in our house. He has 2 Mule deer and an antelope wall mounts and a turkey that we just got back from the taxidermist. They aren't too bad and it gives me a great excuse to redecorate our bedroom!! He is busy riding his four wheeler and taking Hunters Safety with Haley! He is so excited to finally have one of his kids interested in hunting with him! And I am too! I have always felt really bad that he didn't have a hunting buddy! As for me I am just getting good at getting by. The kids keep me pretty busy and I enjoy it for the most part! I am loving my new office and working for so many different doctors! Life is good!
